Quickly to a high-performance event website

Tanzschule Frieling integrates Squarespace, Zapier & Ticket Tailor for smooth ticket sales.

Initial situation

The Frieling dance school from Düsseldorf wanted to set up a new website at short notice to promote various events - including dance parties, youth events and a large ball including seat selection by seating plan. The focus: a professional image, media-rich content and a seamless booking process.

Implementation with no-code tools

The existing website served as a visual template. A new Squarespace instance was set up on this basis, which looks much livelier thanks to video and image content. The individual events were each given their own subpages with an embedded Ticket Tailor module - fully responsive, including payment processing and, if required, a seating plan.

At the same time, Zapier was used to activate the website's contact form as a lead generator: New inquiries are automatically recorded and transferred to a third-party system - without manual maintenance or media disruptions.

Result

The new website was up and running in just a few days. Thanks to Squarespace's intuitive builder, the direct integration of Ticket Tailor and automated lead capture via Zapier, a modern, digital solution for event marketing was created - with real added value for users and operators.
