Acting agency Neidig uses Squarespace, Airtable & Zapier for administration, content and communication.

Initial situation
The acting agency Neidig looks after numerous actors and actresses from film, television and theater. The aim was to create a modern website that not only presents the actors in an appealing way, but also serves as a platform for editorial content - such as interviews, set reports and industry topics.

In addition to the external impact, the focus was on internal efficiency: applications, role requests, contract management and content production were to be managed centrally and controlled automatically.

Implementation with no-code tools
The public website was realized with Squarespace and focuses on clear presentation, structured profile pages and high performance. An Airtable database is used to centrally manage all actors with their role profiles, images, CVs and video material. Changes in Airtable are automatically synchronized with the website - so the content is always up to date without manual maintenance.

Zapier has also created automated processes: New applications, requests from productions or update requests from actors are recorded directly, categorized and forwarded to the responsible contact person.

The combination of these tools enables a fully integrated agency system - from data collection to publication on the website.

Result
The agency now benefits from a modern, low-maintenance website and a central backend that considerably simplifies all administrative tasks. Thanks to automatic workflows and seamless tool integration, those responsible can concentrate on the essentials: personal support for their talent.
